What an intriguing shop window — and what beautiful shades of blue. Sending you every good wish for the new year, and hopes that all of your transitions will be easy and smooth! Here’s to 2017!
Hi Sol. My family are grown up now but they all came home for Christmas here in South London, so Christmas was here in Raynes Park. We went down to Southampton after Boxing Day. I often drive down to see my Mum and Dad regularly so I keep in touch with Southampton. Got some tickets for the Europa games recently so had a few trips with friends to St Marys leading up to Christmas.
I love how the fox is seated at the chair, and the woman sits on the floor! Charming window dressing, Sol. Happy 2017 and many blessings to you and Mr. Sol 🙂
Hi Mithai – not yet still living amongst packing boxes waiting to move – its not spring yet so quite grateful for somewhere warm. Will contact you when I do.
Where are you? I seem to have lost touch with 4 people whose blogs used to pop into my email box and youare one of them. Are you still blogging or have you just dropped out for a bit? If you are still around, can you send me your latest blog please. I have re-followed you, in case WP left me off, that wouldn’t surprise me one bit!
Hi! I have run out of space and I have moved onto a boat in Dorset. Haven’t had much time to blog as internet not so good here, but once I settle I will be doing one called :Far from the Madding Crowd, Thought of you when I was on the Isle of Wight at the weekend! Will try to contact everyone in the autumn. Take care
Hi Sol, I am pleased to hear you have found a house boat at last. I remember you and your husband searching for a suitable one. Dorset is one of my favourite counties. Far From The Madding Crowd!! I like it. Yes I still blog at London Calling. Can’t think why you have lost the link. Here it is. http://general-southerner.blogspot.co.uk All the very best to the two of you. I will look forward to your blogs from Dorset. Tony
SO good to hear from you! The other day I was by the sea and thought of you, looking out into the horizon I sent you a hug, hoping you were well, thinking of you traveling, reaching deep and sending you love. So good that you are well, please keep in touch when able and know your friends miss you and are happy for you x
Hello! I have just returned to blogging, as only just got back to the yacht in Greece. What’s your news? Please let me know what you are up to. I’ve sold my Romsey house and we moved to the Isle of Wight in April. My email is still the same.
Best wishes….
Thanks Maristravels. Been so busy getting to know my new area and making friends. I lost my camera overboard too! I expect I shall stay in more after Christmas when the weather is bad. Hope you are well – often think about your cruising around the world!
Thank you! Happy New Year!
