I started this blog in July 2015

I use it to share my photos, writing, bits of news and things I find interesting. The posts are mainly about Southampton which is where I was born and where I live.
They also share images I take of places to jog a memory that has been wiped away with chemotherapy, that has also aged me quickly.

I am a well-travelled Cancer-survivor. I appreciate life and live it like it could end tomorrow. I have friends all over the world and a good family.

Just doing this blog over 12 months has improved my ‘chemo-brain’ problems enormously and helped me gain confidence; remembering who I am. I still confuse names of things, but not as much as I did. I also enjoy reading the regular posts of others, near and far, and sharing a few WordPress challenges.

I even started another blog called Art So Provident for occasional posts and to re-blog art that I have loved the experience of, from visual arts to music.

A big thank you to anyone who has made comments on my posts – some of them have been educational, reassuring, or even had me laughing all day.
